These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PuppLit's website and services. By purchasing a plan or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

PuppLit provides digital services including website design and management, marketing automation, AI-powered communication tools and content production, as described on the relevant product pages at the time of purchase.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, plus any one-time setup fee shown at checkout.
• All plans are month to month unless you choose annual billing. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Annual plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Deposits

A deposit is a payment made to reserve a start date and begin work on a project, such as a website, a menu screen or a marketing campaign. All deposits are non-refundable.

• A deposit is not refunded if the client cancels, pauses or ends the project, at any stage and for any reason.
• The deposit covers the time reserved for the project and the planning, design and setup work that begins once it is paid.
• The results guarantee below applies to monthly fees only and does not apply to deposits.
• By paying a deposit, the client confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.

30-day results guarantee

If within your first 30 days live you do not see measurable results from your plan, we will continue working at no additional monthly charge until you do, or refund your most recent monthly fee, at your choice. The guarantee applies once per customer and requires that onboarding was completed as scheduled.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of your brand, your domain, your customer data and all content we produce for you under an active plan. On cancellation, we provide a complete handover of your assets.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law, or to misrepresent your business. We may suspend services that are used in breach of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided with skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes beyond the guarantee described above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email before they take effect.
